With consumer changing behaviours, generations growing up learning to swipe left or right when they are still in diapers, and a pandemic that has increased web traffic and changed timing of when interactions happen. It's more than ever relevant to digitalise, reflect of where we are at and where we are going next.
As an established insurer we set the aim a number of years back to be the Leading Digital Insurer. This has been (and still is) a journey in our ways of working, becoming agile while getting transparency and ownership of our IT cost and risk structure, but of course primarily working very close with our business on addressing customer's needs and enabling insights and new partnerships and ecosystems.
Jenny will cover a few cases in this journey as well as some of the learnings we've made on the way.
